I work with the full spectrum of leadership minds: traditional executives seeking to enhance their emotional intelligence and strategic communication, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) learning to leverage their intuitive strengths while managing overwhelm in high-pressure environments, and technical experts translating their exceptional analytical abilities into effective leadership presence.

My approach combines Industrial & Organizational Psychology principles with proven coaching methodologies, all grounded in a core belief: talented professionals often experience internal conflict and relational challenges that limit their leadership potential. Through holistically designed, evidence-based learning experiences, I help people expand their capacity and become more skillful in the areas they are acting in.

I aspire to "act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God" (Micah 6:8), and currently live in Maryland with my husband and young son.
