For over a decade, Susan Otim-Neal has worked with a diverse range of public and private organizations to improve performance and strengthen organizational effectiveness. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies in key management consulting roles in Finance and Human Resources. Susan partners with Women Leaders and Teams to increase their clarity, capacity, and skill, whether coaching leaders one-on-one to develop emotional intelligence and executive presence, or designing meaningful group interactions to enhance team performance.
Susan has expertise in the areas of Integral Human Development, Leadership Coaching, and Facilitation, and has significant experience in designing learning solutions to meet the unique challenges of clients. She has worked with emerging and experienced leaders at Healthcare, Technology, Finance, Government, and international Nonprofit organizations to traverse uncertainty while realizing long-term, sustainable change and transformation in their way of being, relating and working.
A frequent presenter on topics related to racial and gender equity, career advancement, and well-being, Susan has been featured as a guest Coach or speaker at leadership conferences, universities, and religious and community organizations. She graduated with a degree in Finance from George Mason University where she was also a Captain of the Women’s Basketball team.
Susan is an ICF Credentialed Coach, a certified Integral Coach® and Integral Team Coach through the New Ventures West coaching program, and holds multiple certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Group Process Design and Facilitation. She coaches to the human and organizational soul, supporting clients to bring their whole selves to life, and their best selves to work. Susan has been an active member of numerous professional associations and community organizations, and currently lives in Maryland with her husband and their young son.
