I work with the full spectrum of leadership minds: traditional executives seeking to enhance their emotional intelligence and strategic communication, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) learning to leverage their intuitive strengths while managing overwhelm in high-pressure environments, and technical experts translating their exceptional analytical abilities into effective leadership presence.

My approach combines Industrial & Organizational Psychology principles with proven coaching methodologies, all grounded in a core belief: brilliant minds often experience internal conflict and relational challenges that limit their leadership potential. I design holistic, evidence-based interventions and facilitate transformative learning experiences, helping individuals reduce suffering in their relationship with themselves and others.
